Columbia Associates Architecture and Interior Design Inc. has worked closely with the highly successful Lands' End Property Developer for over five years on various resort properties. The next phase of this project includes a 10-story tower highlighted with elements of historic articulation , located on the point of the development as a visual feature from water and shore with long panoramic views. Current buildings include spacious 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans up to 1760 square feet. Lake-front decks have full view glass railings. Other features include 9'-0” ceilings and oversized 8'-0” tall sliding glass doors. The latest phase, building 6, includes the popular Columbia Associates trademark lake level accessible design.
